It seemed possible that there was only one staff member handling everything, which can be difficult in a busy setting. While this wasn't a major issue, it was not what I expected from a café experience. I figured they might have stepped away for a moment or taken a break, which explained the lack of service. With that thought in mind, I announced my presence, saying, "Hello? I’d like to place an order." To my surprise, there was no response. Thinking maybe I had been too quiet, I raised my voice. I could hear some shuffling sounds coming from the kitchen area, but nothing more. The rustling continued, but silence followed, with no one acknowledging me or indicating they would be with me shortly. It felt like they would rather not be bothered at all, which was disappointing. All I wanted to do was order a burger, but after about five minutes with no service, I left feeling ignored and frustrated. I can only share my personal experience, and while I hope this was an isolated incident, it left a very negative impression. This encounter reflected poor service, as it felt like my presence was simply disregarded.

We had a Mediterranean inspired buffet that was delicious! Danie went above and beyond to accommodate and all was perfect! Highly recommend. ?
