Description

Nestled in Astoria, this Peruvian restaurant offers a mixed bag of experiences. While some patrons rave about flavorful dishes like choros a la chálaca and salmon ceviche, others express dissatisfaction with overpriced meals and lukewarm food. Service appears to be hit or miss, with reports of delayed drink orders and inattentive staff. However, the vibrant ambiance and live music create a lively dining atmosphere. Many guests appreciate the attentive service from certain staff members, making it a point of return for some. Overall, this spot promises adventurous culinary encounters, though experiences can vary significantly.

Nice service! It was my first time trying Peruvian food, that's why I asked the staff what they can recommend. So I ordered whatever they suggested. However, the food was way overpriced and I didn't like it at all.

I like this Peruvian restaurant a lot. They don?t have a crazy long menu but they have everything you need to try. Choros a la chapa a are my favorite in the menu. Everything is fresh and well seasoned and that?s just what I?m looking for in a meal. Spicy mango margarita is also one of the best drinks in their menu followed by Latin fashioned. Highly recommend

This was my first visit to this restaurant but it definitely won't be my last. The cocktails and food were fantastic. I'm looking forward to returning soon. Cheers!

I am Peruvian and honestly this place does not have the vibe of a Peruvian place. 1. During all the meal 3 ppl approached to the table and ask for money 2. I have not seeing in any other restaurant in the city that they add 3.99% to pay with card 3. Theyare adding gratuity 22% for parties 5 or more. They do not have any message in the bottom of their menu, by law that is optionaland not 22% at least 18%. 4. Is Peru Independence Day and they were playing Other kind of music I will never come back my firstand last time. there are other place more authentic and honest.

Open restaurant, not closed with central air. They were nice and accommodated us near fans. We ordered a pitcher of chicha morada which was too sweet in my opinion but the food was delicious and just right. Would like to return and try other menuitems.
