The servers, although friendly, are not knowledgeable about Peruvian food and admitted that the chefs are not Peruvian. The result was a bland, unappetizing chaufa de mariscos that lacked the traditional flavors. When I asked for sillao to enhance the dish, no one in the restaurant knew what I was referring to. For $18, this experience was far from satisfactory.

Th... read more As a vegetarian, I asked if I could have a custom vegetarian dish at this restaurant. The two ladies working there were very friendly and eager to assist me. The food I received was delicious. Even though the quinoa soup wasn't vegetarian, I still enjoyed it without the meat. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience.
