The servers, although friendly, are not knowledgeable about Peruvian food and admitted that the chefs are not Peruvian. The result was a bland, unappetizing chaufa de mariscos that lacked the traditional flavors. When I asked for sillao to enhance the dish, no one in the restaurant knew what I was referring to. For $18, this experience was far from satisfactory.

The lomo salteado had an excessive amount of onions and tomatoes compared to the meat, along with only 7 French fries. Additionally, despite ordering multiple dishes, we were only provided with two sauces. I would not recommend dining at this restaurant.
