So I'm forced to drink my iced coffee with the lid off. First world problems however I would like to drink my iced coffee with a straw if I had it my way!

My wife has had a... read more I’m sure ordering in person is different but my family always orders through DoorDash and this specific Panera always leave something missing. My wife has had a hair show up in her smoothie and chicken missing from her chicken Caesar salad.

Service was poor; tables were dirty; and overpriced salad that had brown wilted lettuce. Manage, Rachel didn't care!! They all really make me feel like a... read more I find the place, staff, food and atmosphere a joy to be in. I can tell that that entire staff and managers work very hard. They all really make me feel like a customer?. All of the people that have complaints about the place seem like they have nothingbetter to do but complain. Things happen people do make mistakes they are only human. The way the world has has been the lastfew years these complaints about the Little Neck Panera should be the worst things that happens. Get a life people..

Still have coffee pickup but no Tea options in front. Older Post 11/09/2022 This Panera location is now closed due to a cardriving through the storefront. Hope no one got seriously injured. Hope they rebuilt soon and better since most of the staffwas pretty friendly.
