Every other staff is friendly here, but if you only order a drink, it's very likely to be kicked out the store by that particular short lady. Your order will be considered too small to letyou to have a seat. If you subscribe to the unlimited coffee, she is not going to let you have your 2nd cup even the policy isthat you can get another cup of coffee after 2 hours. All other staffs can't say anything, because she is the manager. My motherand her friends got refused to pick up their order and kicked out of the store by this lady for no reason explained. They evencalled police, but police officers could not explain why they were asked to leave. This incident has been reported to NYCConsumer Affairs and Human Right Commission as well as Panera Bread Corp.

I told the guy who m... read more Have to edit my review because of the terrible experience. Last time I went there, I ordered the BLT sandwich and there wasn?t bacon in it. I told the guy who made the sandwich and all he said was ?sorry we?re out of bacon?. Well I paid for it and that?sthe response I get? Today, I went there, hoping it would be a better experience, and ordered the Napa chicken sandwich. Thechicken was FROZEN! So Panera Bread- known for their good quality ingredients- serves this to their customers? Not only did theytry to serve me frozen chicken, but when I told the lady, she gave me bad attitude and didn?t even apologize like I owed hersomething. I didn?t even tell her about the mayonnaise that they forgot to put on the side. This is so unprofessional. I thoughtthat Panera Bread states that their accuracy matters: Your order should be correct every time. If it?s not, we?ll fix it rightaway, and give you a free treat for your trouble. Just let an associate know. I come here very often, so I guess they just losta regular customer. If this is the experience from Panera, it?s really not worth the price at all as I can make delicioussandwiches at home myself. Definitely going to stay away from this place for a long time. My review I wrote for them a whileago: Delicious sandwiches! Everything tasted pretty fresh, the atmosphere was nice, and most staff are friendly (there are somerude staffs though, but so does every other place). However, sometimes they do mess up the order like forgetting an ingredient.There was this one time that I ordered on the app and there wasn?t bacon in the sandwiches and when I told them, they said thatthey were out of it. The bread wasn?t the original sourdough either, so I?m assuming that they were out of that too? All the guydid was just apologize and didn?t do else, which was disappointing. Anyways, when everything is right, I love Panera Bread asthey have delicious and healthy options. I would give a 3 1/2 out of 5 stars if there was that

I gave them the sandwiches back and they made new onesbut didn?t really apologize or anything so I found their behavior almost rude. I get it it can happen but still if you go eatyou don?t want to deal with this.
