have been there for as long as I can remember. grimy and dirty like any other nyc McDonald's. so I can't fault the workers for the standard. The workers are nice and if there is a mistake, they'll try their best to fix it. 5/5 would go again View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
The restaurant seems to neglect mobile orders completely. Staff do not pay attention to them, and when customers inquire about their food, they often respond with annoyance and mumbling, even if others who ordered later are being served first. I don't understand why they don't follow the same practices as McDonald's. During busy hours, this McDonald's closes the upstairs area for cleaning. On the first floor, there are only three tables available, while there are ten couples waiting in line. Why don't they do the cleaning earlier? When I brought this up with the manager, they barely looked at me and didn't apologize to anyone who inquired about the tables.
This location is fantastic! The restaurant is very clean, and there are plenty of seating options on the second floor. It's beautifully decorated, with a nice seating arrangement, and the picnic tables are a great touch for enjoying your meal. The staff is friendly and polite, service is quick, and the food is delicious. I believe they prepare the dishes fresh when customers order, unlike other places where the food can be overcooked in hot cases or steamers. I will definitely be returning!
The food was excellent! However, the orange juice tasted extremely poor—almost like bad tap water. It had the flavor of something from an old machine. Please do not serve this drink to customers again; it's simply not acceptable.
I went to this McDonald?s today August 3, 2021, I will not blame the customer service on all the employees but, the server she was horrible. I got in my car something told me to check on my order. When I looked in the bag they only gave me one burrito. It?s supposed to be 2, that?s what I ordered. So when I came back (I forgot to mention that the parking over there is horrible) the short hispanic server gave me the burrito with no problem. When I took a bite of the burrito it didn?t have the green red peppers on it?!?! When opened and touched the second burrito was cold as you can see from the picture the cheese was like plastic they make there burritos very different than the other McDonald?s burritos that I ate. They need re training in food preparation. It?s not the first time that I dealt with this Spanish manager, she?s a very nasty, nasty individual that?s the manager?!??They treat black people very nasty. I hope the McDonald?s corporation sees this. I ended up throwing away the two burritos I tore it in pieces. The first one was disgusting period!! I didn?t eat the second one.
Built up points to spend, with couple deals on the meal app. They have upper floors to sit depend on the time of the day. They have McDonald?s Wi-Fi but do limit depends on the amount of people and time.
