This is my second visit to this restaurant. The first time was a bit disappointing as the service was lacking, but the food was great. However, this time was a different story. It was busier and less personal, but the staff stepped up and provided amazing service with high quality food. I waited for the waitress to come, but the chicken was dry. It's still sitting here waiting even though the restaurant isn't busy. The menu is decent for students, but I won't be returning. View all feedback.
The host was friendly, the cocktails were tasty, and the food was decent, but the service was very poor. The bussers were more helpful than the servers. The appetizers came out quickly, but the main course took 40 minutes to arrive. We ordered it at 8:58 and it arrived at 9:45, which we understand since it was a Friday night. We waited 30 minutes for our water to be refilled after asking two different people. Our waitress seemed too busy with other tables to attend to us promptly. The service issue seemed to extend beyond just our server as we didn't see any other servers or managers helping out. Our second round of drinks took longer than expected to arrive, and when we inquired about it, our server seemed short with us. Overall, the service left a bad impression, despite the food being decent. The staff could benefit from more training, and this may be a management issue. However, the bussers were helpful and the hostess was friendly. While I can't recommend the restaurant as it is, I would consider revisiting if the service improved.
I enjoyed the well-seasoned chicken at this restaurant. I would like to try the spicy version of the chicken tenders next time, as the regular brushed sauce was a bit sweet but still tasty. I found myself adding the sweet and spicy sauce to add some extra heat. The wings were juicy and crispy, thanks to their double frying technique, even though they had cooled down a bit. I would love to dine in and try their fried chicken while it's still hot! Overall, this place is a must-try!
These are the best chicken wings ever, OMG! I can't stop eating them. Even my picky eater husband loves them! He says they have the perfect crispiness. The only drawback is that they are so expensive, especially when ordering through Doordash. Hopefully they will lower the price and I'll give them another star! Oh, and their dumplings are also really good. I usually don't like reheating dumplings as leftovers, but theirs are the only exception, lol.
This is one of my favorite chicken restaurants. The owner is very kind and runs a well-organized establishment. There is never anything missing and everything is always of high quality.
