Kfc - Queens

We ordered a meal and were disappointed that there were no drinks included. They even wanted to charge us $5 for water, which we thought was unreasonable. On the bright side, the food was tasty. As for parking, it was convenient with plenty of space available.

I visited this restaurant three times and each time I was told that I couldn't use the restroom, which was very inconvenient. Additionally, the quality of the food was disappointing; it didn't feel fresh at all. Overall, I had a negative experience.

I returned home to discover that my order of 8 pieces only contained 7, and a cole slaw was missing as well. I attempted to file a complaint, but received no response, as if they were aware of their mistake. Overall, the service was terrible. I would rate the food a 1 out of 5.

I only write this review only the employee who ordered online and prepares food. I ordered from over eat and they delivered super fast, which was amazing. I thanked the supplier and I gave good reviews on the uber eats apps. but after the opening of the box I noticed that chicken was over fried and fryed was mother..After a few hours ate their food me and woman both were sick by lower bauch pain and diarrhea. on the second day my wife used zeolett 8 times I 6 times, then we contacted our PCP doctor he said it is definitiw food poisoning. perhaps eating was contaminated with bacteria or viruses. he prescribed us with loperamide hcl 2mg and Pepto-Bismol 525mg medicine. today is the day we make good after the suffering of bad time. so please employer of kfc, let them learn their employees how they can be more hygienic with services. they should always realize that they make food that someone will eat. so please don't supply dirty food.

If there was option 0 star that’s perfect for this food place I jus bought 2 chicken sandwich’s one classic one spicy sandwich’s was not fresh taste like 2 days old sandwich’s they gave us this ia second time happen to me I think they need to change the staff I am very very disappointed I jus wasted my 11 dollars if anyone want to buy kfc sandwich don’t go to this place
