Wh... read more I visited the restaurant today to order some honey BBQ wings, but I encountered some difficulties. The staff didn't seem to understand or speak English well. When I asked for assistance, they brought over a relative of theirs who worked there. She informed me that they couldn’t make honey BBQ wings, only spicy ones. I then found out that the price for 24 wings was $34, even though the menu clearly stated $23.99. When I questioned the price increase, she explained that they only offered hot wings. I told her I saw that on the menu, but she still didn't seem to understand my concern. Frustrated, I decided to leave, feeling confused about whether the staff was following the corporate menu or making their own rules.

Th... read more This KFC is one of the cleanest I've been to, especially for NYC. The place is neat, well-arranged, and inviting. The chicken was fresh and perfectly cooked. The staff were friendly, and my meal arrived hot, unlike many other KFC locations where the food is often just lukewarm. I'll definitely be coming back here. On top of that, I felt safe, which is always a great plus!

The service could use more training; it was a... read more This was my first time at this KFC since before COVID. The restaurant looked clean, but the food was only average. The service could use more training; it was a bit slow and disorganized, with at least three orders, including mine, being wrong. The staff at the counter didn’t seem sure how to correct the mistakes, and even the manager appeared uncertain. Despite these problems, the staff remained friendly. I would recommend it, but keep in mind that this KFC isn’t quite the same as it used to be.
