I visited the restaurant today to order some honey BBQ wings, but the staff had difficulty understanding and speaking English. When I inquired about the wings, one employee seemed confused and incorrectly told me they only offered a different flavor. Manager in the evening shift of 05/25 had a full break down in-front of customers. She was threatening and cursing the customers that were complaint because they were waiting over 1/2 hour for their order.
They refuse to listen to me and there was a bug in my KFC they said break up and Threaten to call the cops on me 1 star
Hadn't been to a KFC in a very long time. Used their online order with pickup. Order was ready on time. Store was neat and clean. Employee nice. Chicken was great!

This is one of the cleanest KFCs I've ever been to, which says a lot for NYC. The restaurant is well-organized and has a welcoming atmosphere. The chicken was incredibly fresh and cooked to perfection. The staff were friendly, and the food was served hot, unlike many other KFCs that only offer warm meals. This will definitely be my go-to KFC; I don't feel like I'm being overcharged here.
