The service can be... read more This is my local iHop, and I only visit once or twice a year since it’s a nice place to bring the family to enjoy quality time and good food. The service can be inconsistent; sometimes it’s great, and other times the waitstaff doesn’t check in as often. The location is clean and overall pleasant. Mornings tend to be busier compared to evenings and nights. When I went at 6 PM, it was quite empty with just a few customers, but they were severely understaffed. One person was cleaning tables while another managed hosting, serving, and waiting—all by herself, which isn’t ideal. This experience is part of why I limit my visits here. I used my birthday rewards to get five free pancakes, and I found the burger to be good, the onion rings fresh, and the hash browns enjoyable. I’d rate this iHop an 8 out of 10.

Too many folks for us so we decided to wait outsid... read more Came in on Sunday at about 11am. There was parking in the lot and the usual folks seated in the waiting area. Too many folks for us so we decided to wait outside. It wasn?t long, maybe 10 15 minutes but it was a bright and sunny day so we didn?t mind. Wewere welcomed in by the manager and staff. Everyone had a smile. We ordered the breakfast combo with two eggs, ham, bacon,sausage, hash browns and pancakes! I had to add a chocolate milkshake no whip! My mom really enjoyed her Strawberry milkshaketoo. Both perfectly made by our server ???? it was a nice time. I did have to take off a star for the B rating. Let?s get itback to an A!
