The Bar-B-Q Spare Ribs (item 18) were spot on—juicy and flavorful, unlike many other Chinese ribs that tend to be dry. The Beef Fried Rice was also impressive, with the beef being tasty and meaty without any rubbery texture. Unfortunately, the Sesame Cold Noodles (item 9) were disappointing; they lacked flavor and seasoning, with very little of the nutty sesame taste I expected. I think I’ll skip the noodles next time. Overall, Happy Kitchen has become my go-to spot for Chinese takeout!
