However, I did notice that the staff gets a bit upset if you arrive just 30 minutes before closing time. By that point, everything in the kitchen is already packed up and cleaned, and the floors have been mopped. The two guys at the front often mumble in Chinese, and it feels like they might be talking negatively about me. If they're ready to close and leave, they should consider adjusting their closing time. That way, they wouldn't be bothered by customers wanting to order a quick meal. On the bright side, the lady who owns the restaurant is very nice and respectful.

I ha... read more I recently tried Chinese food from Empire Kitchen and I have to say it was delicious. In my opinion, it is one of the best Chinese restaurants in the area. I have tried many others nearby, but they often use too much cornstarch or serve very oily food. At Empire Kitchen, the food was just right - not greasy. I am glad I decided to eat here.

The Young Chow roasted rice is a standout dish, as well as the boneless spare ribs. For pasta lovers, I recommend trying the house chow mein or the Singapore chow mein fun.
