Unfortunately, they never update the app to show when items are out of stock, so I often have to wait for a replacement item. This can be frustrating, especially when I have to work in the morning.

In terms of icy drinks, particularly those with light ice, it is disappointing when a large portion of the drink is actually ice rather than the intended beverage. This results in an expensive drink that lacks flavor. Are there better options available?

It's a simple order - I just ask for milk and Splenda in my tea, but the staff seem reluctant to open the Splenda packets. If they don't want to do it, they should just remove it from the menu. I had to argue with them once when they accidentally gave me coffee instead of tea. After asking multiple times, they finally made me a new cup of tea and joked about how much easier it would have been if I had just said so earlier. Overall, the service could use some improvement.

Even when I greet the staff, they often won't make eye contact or respond with a simple hello.
