Dunkin'
Menu
The restaurant from Queens offers 75 different menus and drinks on the menu at an average price of $4.5.
In a charming but inconsistent eatery, patrons have encountered a mix of experiences that range from delightful to frustrating. While some visitors praise the friendly staff and tasty offerings, such as coffee and pastries, others report issues with incorrect orders and payment mishaps. Miscommunication has led to dissatisfaction, particularly regarding simple requests and the handling of dietary preferences. Despite these setbacks, the restaurant's ambiance and select employees make it a spot worth returning to for a treat, though caution is advised for those mindful of their dietary choices. Overall, it’s a place with potential for improvement.

Was Asha Bendyczak at Dunkin' a mag?
The restaurant has a charming young man who works there in the afternoons and occasionally greets customers in the front. He is the main reason I frequent the restaurant - I am quite taken with him. View all feedback.
What Chelsea dislikes about Dunkin':
Every time I go to this Dunkin' location, it's a terrible experience. They always mess up my order and the customer service is the worst. The employees talk amongst themselves instead of serving you, and when you try to explain that they got your order wrong, they act like you're the one at fault. I won't be going back to Dunkin' anymore because many of their locations seem to be going downhill. View all feedback.
The restaurant is slow with orders, even when I try to use the mobile app to order ahead of time. Unfortunately, they never update the app to show when items are out of stock, so I often have to wait for a replacement item. This can be frustrating, especially when I have to work in the morning.
When packaging baked goods that are prone to leaking, it is important to avoid squeezing the paper bag against the inside of the bag. In terms of icy drinks, particularly those with light ice, it is disappointing when a large portion of the drink is actually ice rather than the intended beverage. This results in an expensive drink that lacks flavor. Are there better options available?
I visit this restaurant frequently and am always pleasantly surprised when my order is correct. It's a simple order - I just ask for milk and Splenda in my tea, but the staff seem reluctant to open the Splenda packets. If they don't want to do it, they should just remove it from the menu. I had to argue with them once when they accidentally gave me coffee instead of tea. After asking multiple times, they finally made me a new cup of tea and joked about how much easier it would have been if I had just said so earlier. Overall, the service could use some improvement.
I've been visiting this location for nearly 10 years, and I have to say that the service has been disappointing. I rarely receive good customer service here. Even when I greet the staff, they often won't make eye contact or respond with a simple hello.
