Worst store ever, I walk in, wait for 10 minutes while yelling hello to the people in back, someone comes out and they tell me they are closed.
The restaurant consistently gets orders wrong, charges for items they don't provide, and has a very slow and rude service. I even found a piece of paper in my egg wrap, and their donuts were unappetizing. It's clear that they need to make some changes to their staff urgently.
We had an issue with undercooked bacon, so we raised a complaint. They recooked it for us, but it came back burnt. After placing another order, it was once again undercooked. At that point, the man abruptly grabbed the plate from my hand and threw it on the floor. The customer service was appalling. When we pointed out that his actions were incredibly rude, he did not apologize and simply brushed us off. It’s fortunate for him that we are reasonable people. I genuinely think there's a lack of respect for women that leads to this kind of behavior.
