What Emile Skiles dislikes about Dunkin':
first the latte machine was broken. then I asked her about hot coffee with extra cream and they gave no, instead they gave me a little espresso cup with little cream. the dame in register seems like she hates her job and does not seem nice to customers. View all feedback.
I was surprised with the attitude that unfortunately a young Hispanic woman spoke to me, when I simply asked if that was my coffee? They should be given training on how to serve the customer!
Worst store ever, I walk in, wait for 10 minutes while yelling hello to the people in back, someone comes out and they tell me they are closed.
The restaurant consistently gets orders wrong, charges for items they don't provide, and has a very slow and rude service. I even found a piece of paper in my egg wrap, and their donuts were unappetizing. It's clear that they need to make some changes to their staff urgently.
I prefer Dunkin' Donuts over Starbucks.
Quaint little spot, but the coffee is absolutely delicious.
