I love dunkin! big coffee at most locations. her app has great offers that I love. but I have to say this place was one of my favorites earlier because they make big coffee and sandwiches. but it was a few weeks that the customer service became bad! the employees always use their phones. the last part is that they use you again and again. it will take them minutes before they ask you if you need anything. I have been coming to this dunkin for a few years now and honestly this is about the only dunkin that makes my Carmel latte right. Some other ones give you what seems to be the bottom of the coffee grains and barely fill your cup up. Usually I order ahead and it's always ready. The workers do seem to be short staffed at times and have to deal with some rude customers but they handle themselves well. View all feedback.

I bought an ice decaf with oat milk. I went around lunchtime and it was busy, but the line moved quickly.

Friendly and clean. Drinks are always delicious! Had the cold brew with pumpkin cream. $3 for a medium iced. Try it!
