A comprehensive menu of Dunkin' from Queens featuring all 5 dishes and drinks can be found here on the list.
This Dunkin' location offers some of the best caramel lattes around, consistently well-prepared and ready when ordered ahead. While the friendly staff handle busy and sometimes challenging situations with professionalism, the café struggles with understaffing and occasional service delays. Customers have noted issues with misleading pricing on advertised specials, creating frustration and concern over transparency. Cleanliness and food preparation practices also raise questions, suggesting a need for improved hygiene standards. Despite these drawbacks, the welcoming atmosphere and quality coffee keep many returning, making it a mixed but familiar spot for local coffee lovers.

Was Abner Graham at Dunkin' a mag?
The staff here are incredibly friendly, and this is definitely one of the best experiences I've had. I'll be sure to return whenever I'm in the area. They all went on holiday, but it was great to see that they took care of the restaurant while they were away. By the way, if you ask, they will happily clear the tables for you. View all feedback.
What Mandii L dislikes about Dunkin':
The walk from my place takes about eight minutes. Despite placing my order well in advance before leaving my building, I always end up waiting for them to finish preparing my food, and they're never busy. Additionally, the staff often seem preoccupied with phone calls, which slows down their service, even though they’re just reheating my meal. View all feedback.
The macchiato at this location is not very strong. Each location has a different flavor profile.
I have been coming to this dunkin for a few years now and honestly this is about the only dunkin that makes my Carmel latte right. Some other ones give you what seems to be the bottom of the coffee grains and barely fill your cup up. Usually I order ahead and it's always ready. The workers do seem to be short staffed at times and have to deal with some rude customers but they handle themselves well.
The service has greatly improved compared to three years ago, and the food was excellent.
