Description

This Dunkin' location offers some of the best caramel lattes around, consistently well-prepared and ready when ordered ahead. While the friendly staff handle busy and sometimes challenging situations with professionalism, the café struggles with understaffing and occasional service delays. Customers have noted issues with misleading pricing on advertised specials, creating frustration and concern over transparency. Cleanliness and food preparation practices also raise questions, suggesting a need for improved hygiene standards. Despite these drawbacks, the welcoming atmosphere and quality coffee keep many returning, making it a mixed but familiar spot for local coffee lovers.

I love dunkin! big coffee at most locations. her app has great offers that I love. but I have to say this place was one of my favorites earlier because they make big coffee and sandwiches. but it was a few weeks that the customer service became bad! the employees always use their phones. the last part is that they use you again and again. it will take them minutes before they ask you if you need anything. I always order online, and it takes me time to get there, and if I get there, the order is not ready. Why? because the employees do not even check online orders, they would rather check their phones. management, please act because it sucks that a good location has bad customer service.

Fraud Alert!11-30-22. I ordered an breakfast sandwich that is clear on the menu with $4.29, I was charged $6.52. When I asked the maid tahmina why she had overloaded me, she said that this is the right price and asked if I wanted to cancel my order. the advertising of a price and then secretly the tax of a higher price, in this case 22% more is illegal and fraudulent. I also make a complaint with the ny consumer protection agency. it is not about the additional cost, it is about the amount, lying, was and stealing. check their reception in this load.

It is small, not too clean, the prices are fair, the employees are in order so that a three of five is just about right.

It's greatly improved! Their bagels aren't as hard as those from other places.

The walk from my place takes about eight minutes. Despite placing my order well in advance before leaving my building, I always end up waiting for them to finish preparing my food, and they're never busy. Additionally, the staff often seem preoccupied with phone calls, which slows down their service, even though they’re just reheating my meal.
