It feels like online orders are prioritized over those placed in-store, which is quite frustrating. Moreover, the quality has deteriorated; the latte I ordered today had a burnt flavor.

I find i... read more I visited this location and ordered a coffee, but I urgently needed to use the restroom. Unfortunately, I was told that I couldn't access the bathroom. I find it quite inappropriate to deny a customer the use of facilities, especially when they intend to stay for a while to enjoy their coffee and snack. Furthermore, should I really have to sit on the floor given that there are tables but no chairs available?

I also tried the mini bagels, and they were inconsistent as well—half of them were warm, while the other half was cold. Very frustrating!

I saw a barista arguing w... read more I'm disappointed with how much this Dunkin' location has changed. The service used to be more professional, and the place was cleaner. I saw a barista arguing with a customer over the amount of milk in their coffee, which was uncomfortable to witness. The friendly service we once appreciated seems to have disappeared. I also noticed that they were using the same gloves for food preparation and handling the counter and drawers, which doesn’t seem very sanitary. When I mentioned this to a young employee, he just shrugged it off. I really hope they make improvements soon.
