Additionally, this location often runs out of donuts and Munchkins. If the Dunkin' app malfunctions, you may find yourself being charged multiple times for failed orders before they finally get it right. I've experienced duplicate charges for unsuccessful app orders, and you might too. Don't expect this location to resolve any issues, as they do not answer the phone. I recommend finding a different Dunkin' location like I did.
