The old lady in the drive thru is miserable and always puts sugar in my coffee even though I’ve told her I’m diabetic. Please readjust the staff, every other employee smiles makes the coffee correctly. I’m not even going to argue about my burnt tongue (to check coffee before leaving) and wasted funds, just do better!
Caramel craze and cake batter signature Iced lattes with extra sweetener….. how is this place open? The service is always below the lowest norm. Both drinks taste the same which has very little to no flavor at all. Both drinks are suppose to come with whip cream they tried to give it to me without with whip cream and when I gave them the cup, all they gave was a little squirt what a waste of a lid, no drizzle for the caramel or the sprinkle dust and no sprinkles or chocolate drizzle for the cake batter. I will not ever go here again. I’d rather go past here to the one at 87-07 Rockaway Beach Blvd by Key Foods.
When we arrived, we tried to place our order using the DD app on our phones, but the app kept crashing repeatedly. We explained the situation to the cashier, who displayed a remarkable lack of awareness. She insisted that they had the DD card on their phone, and it should work, but that didn’t align with the app's instructions. My daughter tried several times as the cashier suggested, but all she got were multiple charges on her credit card that she had to dispute with her bank. Eventually, the transaction went through, but every time I attempted to start the order, a message appeared stating that the order was not available. The cashier also mentioned that we could still scan and pay using our app points and offers, but that never happened. The girl who was working the register and the one at the drive-thru didn’t seem to know how to operate their system. I wanted to speak with the manager several times, but the cashier repeatedly said the manager was unavailable. Frustrated, I eventually gave up, as it seemed she couldn't understand the information displayed on my phone. Overall, my experience was disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend this location.
We ordered the Wake Up Wrap featuring sweet black pepper bacon, but what we received was totally unrecognizable. It looked more like a pancake wrapped around an egg with syrup inside. We were quite put off by it!
