I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. They scanned my rewards twice for munchkins for my two young children but didn’t actually give them the munchkins. I tried to resolve the issue, but they ended up taking away 150 reward points that I had earned for my kids, and they still refused to give us the treats. It’s really disappointing service.
I ordered online, and when I arrived to pick up my order, I found out they were out of drinks. It also doesn't look like I'll be getting a refund.
This place has huge rats to live on their plot and I have not seen any fall or bait to keep them away. you're blunt and you're just doing problems. they have to stop it.
Good morning I was really disappointed and annoyed with their poor customer service. They decided to close the cashier in the afternoon around 2 PM when there’s a whole line waiting to order. There’s people waiting for the order and it’s there’s no one making the order because one of the two people is on their phone and the other one is busy counting the money. Please Dunkin do something about this because this needs to change and it starts with the management. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
