Waited for 20 minutes on line to get to the registed and wanted something written on the cake only to be told they don't have any icing for writing. Also asked for six donuts and she wanted to put them in a bag instead of a box. The woman at the register had an attitude that was less than desirable. If she doesn't like her job, she shouldn't be there. By the time I left the line was out the door. Will not go back there again.

I ordered ahead with the app on a Monday using their free WiFi and got bonus rewards points. I earned a free drink voucher valid for most any of their prepared drinks. I ordered a small Winter Blend coffee with almond milk which tasted off. I came back and they made a fresh pot and handed me another cup a few minutes later. I think that blend is too weak for my taste. Will have to try another blend at this chain to see. Customer service: 5 stars Winter Blend coffee: 3 stars

Curbside doesn?t exist even tho they have a big sign out front offering the service. Then you give me tar!This coffee has been sitting there all morning. Straight nasty coffee and bad service. Girl asked me if I need help whiletexting on her phone. I said waiting on an order and she point to the area of pickups and I said it?s not there. She shouts atthe guy and he then makes my coffee. Horrible service here!!!

Food is prepared in a very unsanitary environment I've had a lot of bad experience with Dunkin' donuts I miss when it was a good old-fashioned American place ???? the donuts do not seemto be fresh and I think a lot of the service they're not polite half of them can't even understand English very hard to get anyorder right and no matter how polite you are to them they are extremely sarcastic that's my opinion
