Dunkin' - Queens

They took the tables out. Had to take my coffee break in the car. Argh!

I went here this morning to get a birthday cake. Waited for 20 minutes on line to get to the registed and wanted something written on the cake only to be told they don't have any icing for writing. Also asked for six donuts and she wanted to put them in a bag instead of a box. The woman at the register had an attitude that was less than desirable. If she doesn't like her job, she shouldn't be there. By the time I left the line was out the door. Will not go back there again.

Do not offer curbside so that they can be inside on their phone while a customer wait to place an order and wait a customer to pick up an order. curbside there is not even tho they have a big sign in front of the service. then you give me some tea! this coffee was sitting there all morning. straight evil coffee and bad service. prawan asked me if I needed help while writing on her phone. I said to wait for an order and she shows the area of picking up and I said it wasn't there. She cried on the guy and he makes my coffee. here is a terrible service!

Fast service and customer-friendly, but not enough seat

Ordered 2 cappuccinos today and he gave me 2. lates that had toomuch chocolate and definitely were not cappuccinos. Guy there always messes up my order every time. He needs to be trained because farther down in Ridgewood. Dunkin donuts they make a great cappucino and he is too slow. No foam wasted my money
