Great location with plenty of seating inside and outside. I'm definitely going back! Food: 5/5.
The staff was unfriendly and appeared quite dissatisfied to be working there. The service, however, was excellent!
I wish I could give zero stars because the service was that bad! I've had this kind of experience twice now, and I will never return to this restaurant. First, their staff lacks basic customer service skills. They don’t even seem to know about the menu items they offer, and they will charge you for something they didn’t clarify. When I brought up an issue, they changed my order without asking or informing me first. If you ask for a refund because you didn’t want the alternative product they provided, they will waste your time arguing that you should accept it because it’s similar. I finally gave up after my kids were screaming in the car. In the end, they tried to tell me that I had ordered the wrong item, even though they had given me something different entirely. The price differences didn’t seem to bother them, despite my repeated comments that it wasn’t the same price.
2 days ago there, and it was brilliant to have a quick hold for a snack and a drink child-friendly: nice for children to come, have donuts and drinks for a snack
Terrible service; the workers are rude and sigh at the thought of actually doing their job. They always have an attitude and are never polite. Don’t know why this Dunkin location is consistently hiring workers with little to no hospitality.
