Terrible service!!! first of all the gentleman it was on the cashier today around 4:30 p.m. the 22nd of September 2021 very disoriented looks like he was on dru... read more Terrible service!!! first of all the gentleman it was on the cashier today around 4:30 p.m. the 22nd of September 2021 very disoriented looks like he was on drugs secondly we purchase coffee and little Donuts we were enjoying them when he came and asked for our vaccination shots we just arrived from California and we feel very uncountable with his approach he didn't ask before we purchase after because of that I release some of my frustration telling him what low life people he told me to hit the door on the way out before that I was short 5 cents and he didn't want to sell a muffin because we were short five all I am asking respect customers and I'm just visiting for the first time New York wishing all good luck

The employee went out of his day to give me a fresh donut fr... read more Went there today at 2 am and was surprised by the exceptional service, considering the time of day. The employee went out of his day to give me a fresh donut from the new delivery, instead of the old ones in the display which was much appreciated! And instead of turning down my request for a frozen coffee like most places do during these hours, he had everything I requested. If they had a drive thru, I would have given 4 stars as it isn't in the safest neighborhood, but that's not Dunkin's fault.

I wi... read more I will not be coming back to this restaurant. The staff lacks proper communication skills and are extremely rude. I am not sure how or why they were hired. I will definitely not be returning. Furthermore, they always serve me avocado toast with rock-hard avocados, and when I bring it up to them, they always respond with attitude. Come on, guys, don't try to lecture me. I have previous experience working at Dunkin' Donuts and have trained many team members.
