I ordered a cream cheese... read more I have been a customer at this Dunkin' Donuts for a long time. They used to have good employees, but now they have terrible employees. I ordered a cream cheese bagel and waited 5 minutes as the only customer there. The older Indian lady staff took 25 seconds to make my bagel after I asked about it, but forgot my order without apologizing. The bagel tasted terrible, like a brick. I saw the same staff at the register where a sign advertised a medium latte for $3. I asked for one and she entered it in correctly, but then asked if I wanted sugar, which made the latte cost $4.50. When I questioned the price increase, she couldn't explain why and said she couldn't fix it. I ended up paying an extra $1.50 for sugar. The customer service was terrible and I will not be visiting this Dunkin' Donuts again.

The Matcha-Latte is overly sweet, almost as if they added too much sugar. Even now, I can still taste the unpleasant flavor of the hash brown in my mouth, which is off-putting. I would not recommend going to this place, it's better to save your time and pick a different spot.
