Deep Blue - Queens
Deep Blue
Description
**Dining at Deep Blue: A Mixed Experience at Terminal 5**
Deep Blue, located in Terminal 5, offers travelers a stylish respite amidst the airport bustle. While the restaurant's atmosphere is inviting and the food quality is commendable, with standout items like their croissant sandwich and Pad Thai, service inconsistencies have marred some visits. Although the staff is generally friendly, patrons have reported long waits and lapses in attention from management. Prices are on the higher side, as expected in airport dining, but many appreciate the quick turnaround and reliable offerings. Overall, Deep Blue strikes a balance between quality and convenience for travelers on the go.

The service at this restaurant was disappointingly slow. We ordered bagels and waited about 30 minutes for them to be served. The couple sitting next to us also experienced a long wait of about 40 minutes. When the bagels finally arrived, they were good, but the restaurant definitely needs to improve their service.
