This restaurant is very disappointing. The milkshakes are terrible, with only milk inside and no ice cream.
The owners are rude and stingy. When I requested the hot fudge on the side, the owner charged me 97 cents for the small cup. If you want to feel welcomed and treated with kindness, I recommend going to the Little Neck location.
The prices at this restaurant are extremely high and the owner is extremely disrespectful. He behaves as if your presence is an inconvenience, and the ice cream quality is highly suspect.
Horrible service this is the only carvel place where they don’t allow you to sample the ice cream,I’ve been to many and they all allow you to sample besides this place.When I asked the reason they had no answer. On top of all of that there was a dog running around inside that scared me.
