Awesome carvels ever! egg tastes like freezer frost stitches, wrong ice taste in containers, the male worker had no gloves while touching the ice cone and money. such an unpleasant place to get their contract. View all feedback.

This restaurant is very disappointing. The milkshakes are terrible, with only milk inside and no ice cream.
The owners are rude and stingy. When I requested the hot fudge on the side, the owner charged me 97 cents for the small cup. If you want to feel welcomed and treated with kindness, I recommend going to the Little Neck location.

Horrible service this is the only carvel place where they don’t allow you to sample the ice cream,I’ve been to many and they all allow you to sample besides this place.When I asked the reason they had no answer. On top of all of that there was a dog running around inside that scared me.
