Burger King - Queens

I placed a mobile order and specifically selected no onions!! When I got back and started eating my sandwich there were onions in the sandwich!!! The restaurant was not busy. There was no one in the restaurant when I placed my order. I was standing in the restaurant placing my mobile order. There were also no cars lined up for the drive thru. HOW DOES AN ORDER GET MADE WRONG??!!

My only complaint they need to keep items in stock, besides that I go there because they are usually masked and gloved up and I dont mean wearing the mask under their nose and the food is usually hot and fresh. Customer service not bad either. Would give a 5 but they need to keep better inventory.

This is the best Burger King in NYC. The team is always friendly, the order is always accurate and the fries are always hot! Been going here for years...management must be consistent because the team is always on point.

Professional and streamlined service. BK is an all time favorite! This place is a cravings killer.

This is an alright Burger King located in a not-so-great area during the afternoon. However, in the morning, it's quite pleasant. I usually come over the Triborough Bridge, take the exit, and pull in.
