I get their about 7:20 pm on Saturday ,line is so long to make your order , I ask for ten cups medium coffee and two cups tea , young lady on cashier say we don... read more I get their about 7:20 pm on Saturday ,line is so long to make your order , I ask for ten cups medium coffee and two cups tea , young lady on cashier say we don't sell hot coffee this times we only sell ice coffee, I try with here several times evenI ask for Manger to talk him , she say we not sell hot coffee.

You MUST pack your patience when visiting this establishment. If you order fries and a soda you could spend half an hour waiting. I have tried ordering through... read more You MUST pack your patience when visiting this establishment. If you order fries and a soda you could spend half an hour waiting. I have tried ordering through the kiosk, at the order desk, and through the Burger King app but still waited anastronomical amount of time and when I inquired whether my order was ready they barely checked and did not even give me aresponse. So i asked: Is that a no? . Only then they responded and told me my order was not ready. Twenty minutes later, whenthey were rushing to close the store, I asked again and they checked a separate pile of orders, which they did not check thefirst time I asked and THERE WAS MY ORDER! It was sitting there all along. They handed it to me and claimed they called out theorder number and I did not answer, which was definitely untrue. I don 't blame the workers. It seems this is a very busy storeand there should be more workers to handle such a large crowd. The customer service was definitely lacking, because the workerswere definitely overwhelmed. Food was cold but it tasted fresh.
