A recent experience at this restaurant reveals a divide between delicious dishes and significant areas for improvement. Diners rave about the chicken and fried fish, which are praised for their flavor, though some are disappointed by portion sizes. However, many reviews point to serious issues, including frequent food shortages before closing time, leading to frustration among loyal customers. Additionally, customer service is under fire, with reports of rude staff and a lack of responsiveness to complaints. The red velvet cake also missed the mark, tainted by an unpleasant fishy smell. Overall, while the food shows promise, management and service require urgent attention.

Was Yo Sea at Boulevard Fish Chips a mag?
I tried the fried fish at this restaurant and found it to be delicious and not overly salty. The portions were on the smaller side, but I would consider purchasing it again simply for the fact that it wasn't too salty. View all feedback.
What Michelle Stuart dislikes about Boulevard Fish Chips:
The chicken and sides were very good. My problem was with the red velvet cake. It smelled like fried fish and because of the smell I could not get past it to enjoy the cake. I did take a couple of bites of it and I tasted fish. I don't know whether the wrapping that they used which was Saran wrap was sitting near fish that was frying or they use fish Grease which I pray to goodness that they did; not whatever the cas... The service is slow, even when you place a pick-up order. The food leaves something to be desired, especially with the small stems in the Collard greens. I was under the impression that I would be getting an extra vegetable, but was disappointed. The so-called sweet potatoes needed additional ingredients to live up to their name. However, the prices are reasonable when compared to other restaurants during the post-pandemic period.
I won’t lie I love the food but the fact that this place is always running out the food way before the closing time is beyond ridiculous. How is 8pm on a Friday night and you close at 11pm and you’re out of food? What kind of establishment is this?! This is the 3rd time this has happened. Never will I try to support this business again. Ya’ll clearly don’t have the business or funds to buy enough food to carry yourself through an entire shift. Never again. Oh and y’all mac and cheese is nasty!
