While this Dunkin' Donuts location may provide fresh donuts, its overall service leaves much to be desired. Many customers report consistently poor quality of coffee and espresso drinks, coupled with unfriendly staff. Issues include lengthy wait times, lack of communication about unavailable items, and a generally unwelcoming atmosphere. Despite some friendly staff and a popular Sundae Shake, patrons are often left disappointed and frustrated with their experience, leading to a recommendation to seek out alternative locations for a better experience.
The new Sundae Shake they advertised was absolutely delicious! As usual, I ordered a coffee and vanilla shake. My only complaint is the cup size; it's a bit too small compared to the regular shake cups. Aside from that, I really enjoyed my takeout order!
I visited the restaurant at 2 AM to check if it was open, and I was quite shocked to see mice scurrying around the floor and in the ice area by the window. It was very concerning.
It's strange not to see a bathroom in such a large establishment! Quite disappointing.

This has got to be THE WORST Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been too. If you order anything with an expresso shot, they cheap out on you and give you far less. They need to hire more diverse staff and people who actually know what they’re doing. If DD corporate knew half of the things they do, believe me they wouldn’t operate so freely and they wouldn’t be getting away with false advertisements. Please run far away from this place, they will give you poor service and more than likely sub bar coffee. I will say their donuts are always fresh though, so come for the donuts and forget about the coffee.
