Went in for an ice cream and had to return the chocolate flavor it was clearly freezer burned. Texture had turned gummy and it had an inexplicable minty flavor. They exchanged it for another flavor but didn't remove the chocolate tub from the display. Then they gave me a dirty spoon. You know when your toddler says the ice cream tastes bad there is something seriously wrong with it! View all feedback.
I had a very unpleasant experience at this restaurant due to the behavior of a staff member. I simply wanted to purchase two cakes, but when I noticed that the freezer door was slightly open, I couldn't see inside because the glass was fogged up. The woman working there approached me and rudely insisted that I close the door. Unfortunately, her attitude cost the restaurant a $100 sale.
I had a good milkshake at an affordable price. However, I arrived just 10 minutes before closing, and the staff member who assisted us was somewhat passive-aggressive and seemed to murmur angrily to herself while processing our order. I'm not sure why they let us in so close to closing time.
The ice cream is very hard, and the texture is tough.
Omg bad dunkins donut experience that dame at the cash, didn't pay attention at all, was on her handy throughout the transaction, was very rude and had a attitude, eating was stale, would not recommend going 0/5, but can not give honest
Waited 30 minutes to pay for my melting ice cream, guy working at counter had me and one other customer. After finishing first customers milk shake he just took a long time to clean up before asking about my order then started helping someone else in the middle of my order. Then I had to wait 30mins in the line at Dunkin to pay for my ice cream...
