**Restaurant Review: A Mixed Bag of Experiences**
A recent visit to this restaurant revealed significant disparities between its potential and reality. While patrons praised the coffee as top-notch, concerns arose around cleanliness, particularly with moldy ceiling tiles that raised health alarms. Additionally, other menu items, like shakes, disappointed guests with subpar quality, including suspected freezer burn. Customer service struggles were also noted, with rude interactions and unaccommodating policies that frustrated diners. These issues suggest a pressing need for management intervention to elevate the dining experience, as with some dedicated effort, this location could thrive and better serve its clientele.

Went in for an ice cream and had to return the chocolate flavor it was clearly freezer burned. Texture had turned gummy and it had an inexplicable minty flavor. They exchanged it for another flavor but didn't remove the chocolate tub from the display. Then they gave me a dirty spoon. You know when your toddler says the ice cream tastes bad there is something seriously wrong with it!
The customer service here is the worst I've encountered in quite some time. The staff seems unwilling to go beyond the bare minimum, and they appear quite unhappy. When I had trouble processing my payment, they refused to assist me. Thankfully, a kind fellow customer stepped in and paid for my order just to help me out!
I visited this place recently for a large cup of what I consider the best coffee around. However, when I looked up, I was shocked to see the ceiling tiles were moldy and water-damaged. As someone who is highly allergic to mold and mildew, this was concerning. The condition of those tiles is inexcusable, and they really need to be replaced. This location has so much potential, and the owners need to address these repairs. It would be great if corporate could step in and mandate the necessary ceiling repairs. Thanks, Greg D.
Long waiting time to pay. Ice cream was melted (saving on power? So, I ordered twice 2 scoops on a cone for my daughter and I, and it seemed like 1 because they couldn't hold together. They knew it and dared to charge for that. They owe me two scoops!
