Their wood-fired pizza is one of the best we have tasted in Quebec City. In addition to the dining service, there is a beautiful terrace and a bar. There is no officially vegan pizza on the menu. You have to ask to replace the cheese with vegan cheese. The two most interesting pizzas to veganize are the Greta (with lots of vegetables) and the Foresta (with mushrooms and truffle oil). Both are excellent, but the Foresta stands out for its flavor. A pizza for one person is a good size portion.

In fact, this provides two interesting possibilities, the Greta (rapini pesto and vegetables), or the forestière (mushrooms and truffle paste). The pesto is vegan. We all preferred the forestière, even myself who does not particularly enjoy mushrooms. It is one of the best pizzas we have had in Quebec. All pizzas are 10 inches, which is a generous portion. The restaurant has a terrace. They will consider the suggestion to offer a vegan dessert. The comment comes from a person who was with me.
