Our experience at this restaurant was a pleasant surprise and deserves to be more popular. The wood-fired pizza is one of the best we've had in Quebec. In addition to the great service, there is a lovely terrace and bar. While there is no officially vegan pizza on the menu, you can ask to replace the cheese with a vegan option. The two most recommended pizzas to veganize are the Greta, loaded with vegetables, and the Forest, featuring mushrooms and truffle oil. Both are fantastic, but the Forest stands out for its amazing flavor. The portion size for one person is generous.
Vegan cheese can be substituted with cow cheese at no extra charge for any pizza. The vegan cheese tastes good and offers two interesting options: the Greta (with rapini and vegetables) or the Forest (with field greens and truffle paste). The pesto is also vegan. Our favorite was the Forest, even though I typically don't like mushrooms. It's one of the best pizzas we've had in Quebec. All pizzas are 10 inches, providing a generous portion. The restaurant has a terrace and they are considering offering a vegan dessert. This comment comes from someone who joined me at the restaurant.
