What Michael Robins doesn't like about Ruth's Chris Steak House:
Our reservation was at 7PM in Cherokee, NC. At 8:30 the manager came by and ask who ordered the 11 oz steak. My wife said that she did, and he said that is the reason it is taking so long. I seen lots of folks with bigger steaks that came after we did and left way before. Julio our server was wonderful!! He made suggestions and we made delicious choices. Never wanted for anything and he made our experience delightful . Moving forward we will always request Julio. View all feedback.

Julio was awesome! He was attentive and very knowledgeable. Definitely an asset to Ruth's Chris!!!
