Wonderful experience! Food was prepared perfectly, Julio and his service team were exceptional! So enjoyed the evening!

Julio our server was wonderful!! He made suggestions and we made delicious choices. Never wanted for anything and he made our experience delightful . Moving forward we will always request Julio.

Our reservation was at 7PM in Cherokee, NC. At 8:30 the manager came by and ask who ordered the 11 oz steak. My wife said that she did, and he said that is the reason it is taking so long. I seen lots of folks with bigger steaks that came after we did and left way before. I have always enjoyed my dinning experience there, but for someone in charge to blame us for the delay was unexceptable. I could have lived with the excuse of a lost order, that can happen. I just think the manager handled this all wrong. I guess the BRIO will get our business from now on. Suggestion: I would let the manager know that how he handled this situation could have been better, even if he did not say anything. Thanks, Tim
