Wendy's - Provo

Nice atmosphere and right by campus I was looking forward to meeting a client here after I grabbed a quick bite through drive through but my chicken sandwich for 6.98 sandwich only was hard like it was reheated from the day before and no receipt was given me.I dont expect flawlessness from fast food but number 1, i want a fair meal especially sandwich only for 7 and 2, I better get handed a receipt which I wasnt and i dont like that.I went inside to get my money back. The manager was polite and very willing to accommodate another sandwich after i showed the issue but i dont do remakes. He gave my money back i gave his sandwhich back. The restaurant was clean and pleasant and the perfect location and great view. Wish the food worked out.Look if youre gonna give out 2 or 3 star food when capable of 5 stars give the lesser to dine in so they dont have as much hassle fixing the problem if the notice

This Wendy's sucked. We ordered 3 burgers and a small frosty and they messed up the burgers and gave us a junior frosty and the cashier was mean he yelled at us when we told him he got our order wrongDO NOT VISIT!!!!

I am consistently blown away by the quality of Wendy's fast food. The quality of food for the price you're paying is unmatched. Today I visited this particular Wendy's location and was met with nothing courtesy and kindness, and food of course. Even just the brief interaction through the drive-thru left my friend and I with a smile. Thank you Wendy's, I will be coming back soon.

I went like 30 minutes before close and got a pretty big order of chicken nuggets, and the workers did an excellent job at getting me my food in a timely matter, and were very kind.
