Seriously some of the best Asian cuisine I’ve ever had, vegan or not! EVERY dish we tried was flawlessly prepared, incredibly fresh, and perfectly seasoned. And hardly any waiting for our meal to be ready, either! I will absolutely make this a must stop place every time I’m in Provo.
So yummy! Being vegan, it was a nice surprise finding this place while driving through. We have stopped a few times. I usually eat mostly fruit and veggies and not a lot of fake meat.. but they have done such a great job with all the different imitations. Displayed beautifully and colorful..lots of veggies. We shared a noodle salad and rice bowl. Healthy and yummy! The Mongolian and lemon grass, ocean delight are good. Thai tea..?
We are at Vegan Sun for our first time today. we had veggie rolls and Lemongrass rice. Both were delicious! I can't wait to go back and try more of their menu.
I ordered the Curry Warrior Rice; it was delicious. The dining experience was calm, too. The Vegan Sun definitely serves great Vietnamese food.
So, so, so good!!!! It's very affordable. I got an appetizer, main, and dessert for $15! I got the Bahn mi and my friend got the Tofu pho- both amazing! The vegan flan was good too (just wish it had a different sauce option to put on it for those of us thatcan't have coffee). I will be going so much more now that I've tried it
