And... read more Seriously some of the best Asian cuisine I’ve ever had, vegan or not! EVERY dish we tried was flawlessly prepared, incredibly fresh, and perfectly seasoned. And hardly any waiting for our meal to be ready, either! I will absolutely make this a must stop place every time I’m in Provo.

Being vegan, it was a nice surprise finding this place while driving through. We have stopped a few times. I usually eat mostly fruit and veggies and not a lot of fake meat.. but they have done such a great job with all the different imitations. Displayed beautifully and colorful..lots of veggies. We shared a noodle salad and rice bowl. Healthy and yummy! The Mongolian and lemon grass, ocean delight are good. Thai tea..?

We are at Vegan Sun for our first time today. we had veggie rolls and Lemongrass rice. Both were delicious! Server spent time between orders cleaning tables and sweeping, and the food was brought out relatively quickly.
