The staff here really care! There was a miss-hap with my order and Sara the manager made it right! Thank you for going the extra mile, it really showed you cared and I will forever return.
I remember the good ol ' days when Mr. Chihuahua taco used to tell us 'yo quiero Taco Bell ' all over the tv and this food was delicious. Now it 's the new ol ' days where the food is still delicious. I miss that little Chihuahua guy sometimes though.
Staff is always kind but so slow. Today I ordered online for pickup through the drive through but they had a sign out saying mobile orders have to come in. Made it not as convenient was disappointing.
It?s an okay location. Food is usually fresh? you need a code for the restroom you can?t have free water if you are not a customer. Not very inviting when you order online and try to ask for a cup for water and they tell you that you can?t have one.Immediately regretted ordering that day. They always make drive thru orders first and they avoid taking peoples order in person.They will literally tell you that you have to order at the machine. Otherwise I guess it?s like any other Taco Bell
This place has gone down, have to buy something first before using the bathroom. I I get that. The food is disgusting and at this point sadly McDonalds is better like 2 tsp of meat. I live in provo and would rather go to orem to get taco bell I wasted22.00
