At this local Subway, patrons generally commend the efficient service; however, recent visits reveal notable shortcomings. On busy Saturdays, limited staff can lead to prolonged wait times, leaving customers frustrated when bread varieties are unavailable. Instances of receiving cold sandwiches and unsatisfactory ingredient quality have also emerged, causing disappointment among those eager for a satisfying meal. While the vibrant atmosphere continues to draw loyal fans, the inconsistency in food quality and service suggests that improvements are necessary to enhance the overall dining experience. Consistent staffing and ingredient availability could transform customer experiences for the better.

I visited the restaurant on the morning of Saturday, October 10th, and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. There were only two staff members working, and one was occupied with making bread the entire time. As a result, I ended up waiting a long time in line, even though there were only three people ahead of me. By the time I received my toasted sub, it had already cooled down. Additionally, they were out of the Italian Herbs and Cheese bread. Overall, it was not a good experience. If they plan to operate on Saturdays, they should definitely have at least three employees on duty. This would help reduce wait times, ensure that breads are available from the start, and prevent subs from getting cold by the time I finish my transaction.
Perhaps I just happened to pick the wrong sandwich, but I was a bit disappointed with the temperature and texture of the chicken bacon ranch sandwich. That said, I really love this place. I can always find exactly what I want, and the atmosphere is lovely and vibrant. It felt like I actually had a proper dinner.
No complaints about service. they make a good job to get them what they have ordered and they are in the regular quite fast. the abbey of four stars comes to three stars, because in my six years byu only once or twice experienced a short line
Got a Spicy Italian but when I looked at the cucumbers they were slimy and gross. I asked them about it and all they said was I don 't know. Was disappointed they didn 't really own that and replace it with some fresher vegetables.
