**A Mixed Bag of Experiences at Local BBQ Joint**
The local barbecue restaurant has garnered a diverse array of reactions from patrons. While many have praised the quick service and delightful daily specials, others have expressed disappointment with recent changes to their beloved dishes. Some diners lament the decline in food quality, noting excessive fat in the meat and unappealing side dishes like the newly altered mac and cheese. On a brighter note, exceptional service, especially from staff members who go the extra mile for dietary needs, adds a warm touch. Ultimately, while the BBQ sauce and sweet potato fries receive accolades, consistency remains an issue.

It appears they lack knowledge about barbecue sauce. The brisket was a thin piece of overcooked, stringy meat. I attempted to improve it with sauce, but I had to search four different tables to find the original sauce. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. I won’t be returning. Food rating: 2/5.
I want to give a big shout-out to Jack at the Provo location. I called to check if they could accommodate my daughter, who has Celiac Disease, and he went above and beyond to answer all my questions and do everything possible to help us. It was some of the kindest service I've experienced while navigating this diagnosis with my daughter. Thank you so much! It truly means more than I can express. I can't wait to try the food!
The mac and cheese here used to be spot on and my favorite side dish here. They have sadly changed the recipe and it is now stale and crusty and they have added far too much fatty cheese for it to be worth eating. Bring back the old mac!
Best fastest R R I’ve been to! We ordered, went to fill up our drink and then sat down for maybe 2 minutes before our food was hot and ready for us! My nachos were loaded and my boyfriends slider was fresh : The rest of our party got their food super quickly too. Phenomenal service!
