Description

This restaurant offers a mix of outstanding service and delicious Vietnamese cuisine, particularly noted for its pho and vermicelli dishes. While many dishes are praised for their tastes and generous portions, there are occasional inconsistencies, such as dry chicken and weaker broth in some pho options. The ambiance is generally pleasant, though some guests suggest improvements in lighting. Quick service and affordable prices make it a favorite among patrons, with vegetarian options available. Overall, it remains a strong contender for Vietnamese dining, ensuring a return visit is highly likely for many diners.

The Pho and Vermicelli were incredibly tasty. The spring rolls with the peanut sauce were wonderful. I'm also a huge fan of boba milk tea, and theirs was just perfect. The prices are affordable, and the service was outstanding. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Always a pleasure! The service is quick and welcoming, the food is outstanding, and the prices are very fair. I will certainly stop by every time I’m in the area.

The restaurant could benefit from brighter lighting, as the current ambience feels a bit gloomy. A few adjustments with the lighting could make a big difference, but since pho is typically a quick meal, it’s a minor detail—just a suggestion! Additionally, I would recommend considering DoorDash for deliveries; it could significantly increase your business. As for vegetarian options, although we don’t eat vegetarian, there are definitely meatless choices available. Just be sure to check if they use fish sauce in their broth. You can also get a vegetarian banh mi (without meat). Regarding dietary restrictions, this restaurant is great for those with gluten and dairy intolerances. However, I’m not certain if the dishes are completely gluten-free, as some condiments may contain gluten—hoisin sauce, for example, is definitely not gluten-free. It might be worth asking if they use tamari as a gluten-free alternative.

Fantastic pho in Provo! The spring rolls were exceptionally fresh and light, the pho broth was flavorful and hearty, and the staff were extremely friendly!
