KFC was once my go-to spot, but it seems to have taken a downturn over the years. I keep hoping they’ll bounce back to their original greatness. Recently, I sampled their Nashville Hot Fried Chicken, and it was amazing! I’m definitely planning to come back for more. However, if it turns out to be a limited-time item, I might have to drop my rating to two or three stars.

Made my order at the drive up, girl heard me wrong and gave me a more expensive total. I asked at the window about the order and stated in wanted a breast and wing combo. The then charged me for that order, gave me my card, my drink and receipt. Then the guy looked at me like I was stupid and asked if I was waiting for anything else. I said my good and he hands me a bag of popcorn ckicken.... Seriously??

If I could rate this location 0 stars I would. Terrible service, horrible attitudes and THEY ARE NEVER OPEN. Or if they are, they are apparently out of chicken, all the time. How does this location even stay in business? All the employees I have had the displeasure of interacting with need some serious training in customer service... they are seriously lacking in basic manners. You are way better driving the distance to Spanish Fork! SO MUCH BETTER.

I waited at the cash register for someone to take my order for 12 minutes. The employee who finally came to the register had dirty red hair and dirty glasses and seemed unclean. She didn 't welcome me, didn 't ask what I wanted ...she acted like she couldcare less that I was there. Finally, I asked her if she was there to take my order. She looked at me with a disgustedexpression and said yes . I gave her my order, the register spit out the receipt and she just looked at it and said there itis. Take it. There was no thank you sir , or enjoy your meal, sir , no nothing! She was awful. If I was the owner ormanager of this franchise, I would be sure to keep her in the background, well away from any interaction with any customers! Ihave been in the funeral profession for the past 48 years. If I treated our client families like this young lady did, I wouldnot be in business any longer. Terrible! Your organization obviously needs to teach customer service to this young lady.

Came through the drive through tonight had a LOVELY experience from the ladies at the window! As someone who has worked in customer service for YEARS as well as fast food they should be fired. From the get go when we were ordering the lady wasextremely impatient waiting for us to order (understandable there). Then as we are saying our order she VERY rudely says WHAT?? Fine. Whatever. Bunch of teens yelling in the background. We pull up to the window and my boyfriend asked for Fingerlicking good sauce (NOT knowing the name changed). And the same girl in the SAME tone sticks her head out of the window again WHAT?? She then starts speaking in spanish to her colleagues laughing while her body language was showing she was annoyed.She shut the window and looked at me DEAD in the face threw her hands up so snotty and made the nastiest face. The 2 girlsworking the window were absolutely perfect examples of WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT. One had extremely long black hair and theother who was rude wore a red rosary. You need better employees. This is disgusting to be treated this way.
