Each dish we had was thoughtfully prepared, and the staff was well-informed and attentive to dietary restrictions. If it's available when you visit, don't miss the corn with miso butter and the pot de crème for dessert! I will definitely return. Regarding dietary restrictions: I have a gluten allergy, and I felt safe and well accommodated here. There were only a few items that they couldn't adjust to be gluten-free, but I had plenty of options to choose from.

If you want to attract high-end customers, you need to treat them with respect and serve better food. We definitely won't be coming back.
Recently visited Provo and had to return to Communal, the first time was one of my best meals ever. Walked a mile in the rain to pick up my order, an assortment of their amazing side dishes…it was well worth it.
