I'm glad I'm not allergic because it's clear they're frying the fries in the same oil as their fish. Hopefully, the menu can separate those items better in the future.

It's hard to believe a restaurant would serve undercooked fast food like that.

We orde... read more We went to Arby’s because we’re big fans of their food. Since we were on a long drive and needed something quick to eat, we thought it would be perfect. We ordered the roast beef, thinking it would be easy to enjoy in the car. However, that wasn’t the case at all! To our surprise, the roast beef was cubed, which changed the taste a bit. As soon as I took a bite, chunks of meat started flying everywhere—it was quite a mess! The taste wasn’t great either, and I ended up regretting the stop. There wasn't any warning about the new preparation, which would have been helpful.

I was quite disappointed with my ordering experience. However, I later went to a different Arby's, where the staff were very helpful and accommodating.
