Arby's - Provo
Arby's
Description
The restaurant delivers a mixed experience, characterized by decent food but inconsistent service. While some fans appreciate the delicious menu items and family-friendly atmosphere, others report staff that seem unwelcoming and occasionally forgetful. Customers enjoyed the unique offers and the cozy, accessible location, but there are concerns over cooking inconsistencies, such as undercooked mozzarella sticks and cold fries. Overall, it's a place with potential but in need of service enhancements to match the food quality.

I love the food! This place would easily earn five stars if it stayed open during regular business hours. Twice in the past few weeks, I’ve shown up during busy evening times only to find it closed.
The food at Arby's was good overall, but the curly fries tasted like fish, so I ended up throwing them away. I'm glad I'm not allergic because it's clear they're frying the fries in the same oil as their fish. Hopefully, the menu can separate those items better in the future.
I only ordered mozzarella sticks, and they were still frozen in the middle, which means they were pulled from the fryer too early. It's hard to believe a restaurant would serve undercooked fast food like that.
We went to Arby’s because we’re big fans of their food. Since we were on a long drive and needed something quick to eat, we thought it would be perfect. We ordered the roast beef, thinking it would be easy to enjoy in the car. However, that wasn’t the case at all! To our surprise, the roast beef was cubed, which changed the taste a bit. As soon as I took a bite, chunks of meat started flying everywhere—it was quite a mess! The taste wasn’t great either, and I ended up regretting the stop. There wasn't any warning about the new preparation, which would have been helpful.
