Unbelievable meal in Sienna! we have appeared without reservations and they found us a table in the front window within minutes! what a happiness, and it was just better. we started with a few glasses wein from their huge selection and shared the arrancia con brasato, three Risotto balls with braided short rib inside and served with demi-glacier. they were perfect! my rigatoni norcina was perfect al dente, with a baked mushroom cream sauce and ground fresh sausage. saw, silky and rich with a cloud of white truffle oil. my gf loved the pollo con risotto zucca, a few grilled chicken breasts sitting on the best risotto she had. the delicate honey crimson sauce was perfectly balanced...read more
