Our waitress was attentive to our orders, which we greatly appreciated. The food was delicious. I had the country fried steak, served with hash browns, two eggs cooked over easy, and sourdough toast. There is a wide variety of bread options for the toast. Everything was perfectly cooked and absolutely enjoyable. Thank you for the wonderful breakfast—we can't wait to return!

Lastly, I want to mention that the owner is a very nice and humble person. I absolutely love WISK!

Some feedback for the restaurant: fruit was not fresh (half of it was discolored and mushy and sausage patty was dry and hard. Chicken and waffles were a huge disappointment. Maybe take that item off your menu as it is doing no favors to your business. Eggs were cooked perfectly on the eggs Benedict however. And coffee is delicious. I felt like I got what I paid for the first time, not so much the second time. First time here. The kids and I stopped in for a quick breakfast this morning and surprisingly there was no wait. Didnt know what to expect but this place has a great google rating so I was looking forward to trying it. It was amazing! EXCELLENT and fast service (Karlee was our server and QUALITY fresh delicious food and coffee. We had pancakes, french toast, biscuits (very tender, flaky and thick! and gravy, eggs, bacon and a parfait. We will be back when in the area again!

The... read more Omg how did I not know about Wisk before now?! My daughter and I went to Wisk for brunch today and I could not be more impressed. Everything was perfection. The restaurant is tucked into a shopping center off of Preston Rd in Prosper, rightacross from Ernesto's. We were greeted and seated right away. Interior decor is simple but thoughtfully done, they have a nicereclaimed lumber wall in the back and sweet touches here and there. There is a drop-down for the light features in the middlethat was neat. The restaurant was clean, the server was extremely friendly. She recommended that beef and hash, not somethingI've been normally get but she sold me on it. My daughter got French toast and a side of biscuits and gravy. We both were sopleased with what we got! The biscuits were how they should be made, and the gravy was perfection. They had a wide variety ofoptions to choose from on the menu. Reasonably priced. Multiple options of mimosas which is always nice. I am always on thehunt for great breakfast places, this was only 15 minutes from home, I highly suggest everyone giving it a try! ?????

I arrived here at 10 in the morning and it was a 5 minute wait which I didn't mind. My mom got the chicken and waffles and I gotthe french goodness toast which was french toast stuffed with cream cheese. It was extremely underwhelming as my French toastwas literally cold. It felt like it was made an hour ago and it wasn't sweet. I had to douse my French toast in maple syrup tomake it edible. My mom's chicken and waffles was so sad. It was frozen chicken breast with one waffle cut into fours. Honestly Ididn't understand why there were so many people as we were getting mediocre food for a steep price. I will definitely not bevisiting again because it was disappointing even the first time. The fact that I ordered items in the consumer favorites showshow bad it is because shouldn't these items be fresh and the best because they are the most popular?
