Breakfast can often be... read more This is a wonderful neighborhood restaurant with outstanding service. Our server, Tina, ensured that our order was perfect in every way. Breakfast can often be challenging to prepare to everyone's liking, with so many factors to consider such as eggs cooked just right, crispy bacon, and coffee brewed to perfection, not to mention having the right creamer on hand. Both Wisk and Tina attended to our specific requests with cheerful efficiency. Wisk has a warm, welcoming atmosphere that truly makes you feel at home. It’s a perfect addition to Prosper.

The service was also lacking... read more We had brunch at this restaurant, and it was quite disappointing. The food lacked seasoning and seemed like it had been microwaved. The service was also lacking; we received our meals before even being offered water. To make matters worse, shortly after our food arrived, a server approached us to ask if we had touched a plate of tacos. When we said we hadn’t, he promptly took the plate away, saying it was meant for someone else, and then brought us a different plate of tacos from another table. This practice is unacceptable; if an order is given to someone else, it should never be taken away and given to a different customer, as it's very unsanitary.

I had a made it order omelette (egg white, jalapeño, spinach, and turkey bacon) with potatoes and an English muffin. They nailed the omelette and made it well done per my request to add flavor. Making an Egg White omelet without cheese taste great is tough but they were up to the task. Service was great as the waitress was attentive, quick to take our order and give refills, provided great advice and insights on the menu, and helped us when we wanted to make a change after our food arrived! Atmosphere is cozy, clean, and bright. Will be back for more!!

Our server was very friendly, accommodating, relatable, and attentive.My absolute favorite dish on the menu is the French Toast Goodness . Es muy delicioso!. ? ?. This was my first and has been my only dish on each occasion I was sold by the picture at first sight. It 's sooooooo good. It 's sweet, smooth, full of flavor, and quite filling. No other French toast compares. This brioche French toast is filled with cream cheese and covered with a considerable amount of fresh strawberries, blueberries, berry sauce, and powdered sugar. I love to add the syrup for even more flavor. Both kid and adult friendly. You won 't be disappointed.
