I ordered a bowl of soup, paid around $10 fir that, including tip. Got just a bit more than a half of the bowl if soup. Also, asked for butter and was told it is not included.

I just waited 45 min for my food then when they bring it they didn't have all of it and I had to go in to get what they forgot. I ordered a pizza and it was given to me cold. I said something about it and all they could say was sorry. This is not good customer service.

Considering their prices, the... read more *UPDATE* It seems something has changed here, as the quality of food is no longer what it was when I reviewed it a few months ago. Considering their prices, they need to do better than just your average fast food place. *OLD POST* This is the only location where I’ve consistently gotten the Chicken Frontega sandwich with the right amount of chicken! There are locations near both of my jobs and one on my way home, but they always short me on ingredients or use the wrong bread. This is the only one I will keep coming back to.

I arrived 2 minutes... read more Ugh I hate to give panera a one star as I LOVE panera but given my experience here i have to. I ordered ahead on the app for kiosk pick up. I arrived 2 minutes after the time it said it would be ready. Walked into the restaurant and didnt see it at the pick up. So i went to the counter and they said they would make it, and to wait a few minutes. That was fine with me, despite ordering ahead because i was in a hurry to make it back to the office. After waiting a few minutes they tell me its going to take an hour to make soup so.. so i had to cancel and couldnt even eat lunch that day. Very disappointed and wont be coming here again waste of time and I have low blood sugar

However, the rapid pickup for app orders is counterproductive since I had to wait in the drive-thru line behind other customers. Please enhance the rapid pickup process; I ended up waiting 25 minutes for my order.
