This restaurant provides exceptional value for your money. The burgers are fresh and absolutely delicious. The wings are outstanding, perfectly seasoned with just the right amount of spice. It's a wonderful place to enjoy a delicious meal in a calm atmosphere.
The food was tasty, and the service was adequate, although not outstanding. It's a great place to hang out with friends.
We ordered just an apple pie and a sopapilla cheesecake, both of which arrived on skillets but were cold, as if straight from the fridge. The coffee we had was extremely strong, lukewarm, and had an unpleasant burnt cigarette smell. To make things worse, our coffee came without any cream, and we found ourselves having to flag down our waitress every time we needed something, including for the check. When I inquired if the apple pie was meant to be served cold, the waitress initially confirmed that it wasn’t meant to be warmed up. Meanwhile, the sopapilla cheesecake was tough to cut and came with ice cream, which was an odd pairing. After a brief moment, she returned to clarify that the apple pie was indeed supposed to be heated. The manager really needs to recognize how poor service can negatively impact the restaurant's reputation. This place is known for its quality food, and we've previously enjoyed hot meals and attentive service. Sadly, today was a letdown.
This was my first visit to the restaurant, and it was truly amazing! The food was served hot and fresh. While the service was a bit slow, we did go on a Friday, so I expected that. I had the wagyu burger, which was incredibly tender—literally melted in my mouth. My wife ordered the fish and chips, and she found the fish to be perfectly flaky. Being from the UK, she said it was the closest she had ever had to authentic fish and chips from home. The chili and lime fries were also fantastic! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great experience in a lovely atmosphere. I can't wait to come back!
This restaurant is definitely one of the top dining destinations in Texas. We've been coming here for nearly six years since moving to Dallas from Houston. The service is outstanding, though it's essential to be patient at times, as it's a small town and they occasionally have staffing shortages like many other places, which can result in slower service. Nevertheless, the quality of the food and the welcoming atmosphere make it all worth it!
